A very talented South Korean boy band is heading to Manila. JYP Entertainment’s first boy band ever. Debuted last September 07, 2015, this group consisted of five members, namely Sungjin, Jae, YoungK, Wonpil and Dowoon. Will be having a blast and amazing concert at the Araneta Coliseum this November 23, 2019.
This group has a great leader named Park Sung Jin or just Sungjin, their main vocalist and rhythm guitarist who was born on January 16th, 1993.
Then their eldest member, the lead vocalist and lead guitarist Park Jae Hyung or Jae, and the group’s face, sometimes called little chicken by fans or My Days because of their similarities. Born on the 15th of September 1992.
Next is YoungK or Brian, the group’s main rapper, lead vocalist and bassist is Kang Young Hyun. . He composed most of their songs, a great lyricist and composer. Their heartbreaking and relatable songs are from him.
The next member of this band is the lead vocalist, keyboardist, synthesizer, Wonpil or Kim Won Pil. He was born on April 28, 1994. He almost made his debut with YoungK in a dance group. Wonpil is now a keyboardist as well as on the synthesizer since one member left just a few months after their debut.
Lastly my favorite member or simply called bias in this group, Yoon Do Woon or Dowoon. The drummer and the maknae (youngest member) of the group. Born on 25 August 1995. Originally Day6 is called 5LIVE, but it was called Day6 after Dowoon was added to the group. Since he was sixteen, he started playing drums and he really hates mosquitoes.
Within the four years in the industry Day6 released 6 albums, and 13 singles. With a total of at least 87 tracks.
